Continued list of Gluten Free foods

Bread: Horrible. Way too crumbly. I tried to take a slice out of the bag and 4 pieces crumbled. I tried to salvage the some-what sandwich worthy pieces by putting them in the toaster for a few minutes, but that did nothing to stop the crumbly-ness of it. So I tried to put peanut butter on it to "glue" it together, but it was so crumbly that more bread ended up on the knife than peanut butter on the bread. Fail. I think I will try crackers.

Next up...Brownies.
